In addition to the fruit typically brought to you by this appellation, is concentration obtained through yield control. The nose is a distillate of ripe red fruit, enriched with mineral and spicy notes. The palate boasts great balance.

Terroir

The vines for this cuvée grow at ‘Gorge de Loup’, where the soil is silt-clay on the surface and alluvial granite deeper down.
