This wine shows all the thoroughbred elegance of the Chardonnay grape. The lemony and blossom aromas slowly give way to honey and quince. The mouthfeel is dense, rich and suave, finishing on delicate candied orange notes.
Terroir
On one of the very best terroirs backing onto the Rock of Solutré, the soil is mainly made up of limestone and limestone-clay.

Enjoy it as an apéritif, or as a perfect match to elegant dishes like foie gras, sea bass, roasted or in cream sauce or poultry in cream sauce, as well as Mâconnais goat’s cheese.
