Fruity and saline, it dons a white robe with crystalline to golden glints. The nose is of white-fleshed fruit and pomelo-type citrus, the mouthfeel is full with a very pleasant finish. Really fresh and more-ish.
Terroir
This white pearl is from land in Northern Beaujolais that borders AOC Saint Véran on limestone-clay soil.
Food/Wine Pairings
Ideal as an apéritif or with fish in butter sauce or pan-friend scallops.
