Vinification methods

Great wines need to be faithful to their terroir of origin, so we have decided to use winemaking styles that allow the terroirs to shine through.
To do this the bunches of grapes need to be perfect, hand harvested by our pickers. So that only top quality grapes go into our vats we will do up to two more sortings, in addition to the one in the vineyard, depending on the vintage.

Once the grapes have been vatted, vinification is gentle and lengthy, with each Cru being crafted with precision and passion, in the way best suited to the terroir that gave the grapes, using modern, high-performance equipment (temperature control, pneumatic pressing).

Depending on the cuvée, maturing lasts for 6 to 18 months and is in oak barrels or in vats.

Excessive drinking is dangerous for the health, alcoholic beverages should be consumed with moderation
